The club prides itself on its highly-experienced coaches who continue the Russian fencing tradition in the sport. They won Gold Medals in the Olympic Games and National Championships, and now their pupils can benefit from their many years of experience in the fencing world.

David Abramovich Tyshler

PhD, Honored Master of Sports, Honored Coach of the USSR and Honored Physical Education Worker, David Tyshler is the prize-winner of the Olympic Games in Melbourne and Rome, as well as the winner of numerous World Championships (1955-1959). His pupils won the Olympic Games in Tokyo, Mexico, Munich, Montreal and Moscow. David Tyshler is the author of several books on fencing techniques. He has worked out his own method of coaching, which is now famous all over the world.

Alec Davidovich Movshovich

PhD, professor of the faculty of theory and methodology of fencing and modern pentathlon, Honored Coach of the USSR, Honored Master of Sports and professor of the faculty of stage movement, Alec Movshovich is one of the founders of our club. His pupils became Russian Champions and have consistently produced top results at the International Championships.

Martin Anatolevich Rensky

He is the winner of Europe Cup in saber in 1974, full Master of Sports, twice USSR Champion, International Championships medalist and the member of the USSR National Fencing Team. He coaches the leading members of the Korean National Team, Asia champions and prize-winners. |
Vladimir Petrovich Kiselyov

PhD, Honored Coach of the USSR, full Master of Sports, senior lecturer of the faculty of theory and methodology of fencing and modern pentathlon, Vladimir Kiselyov is the only coach to have trained a 4 times World Champion in female pentathlon. |
Larissa Gennadevna Ryzhkova

PhD, Mater of Sports, senior lecturer of the faculty of theory and methodology of fencing and modern pentathlon, Larissa Ryzhkova is a former Russian Champion. In 2002 she became Europe Champion, and in 2003 she was Individual Silver medalist at the Europe Championship. In 2005 she won Bronze Medal at the Europe Championship. |
